Thank you for visiting our website. This is a great place to begin experiencing Mt Airy, even if you've never stepped on our campus.
We have three Sunday morning worship services: Our traditional service starts at 9:45am and is located in the sanctuary. Our celebration service (more of a blended style) starts at 11:00am and is also located in our sanctuary. The third service is our Contemporary service which meets in the Life Center at 11:00am. With all three services we hope that you can find a place where you feel comfortable to worship. In all three services you will hear the same relevant message.
We also have other activities and services throughout the week. CLICK HERE to see our weekly schedule.
CONNECTION CENTER (Guest Services)
At each of our services is a spot for those who need or want more info about our church. Stop by after one of our services to pick up more information or to just talk with someone about Mt. Airy.
BIBLE STUDY FELLOWSHIP
Sunday mornings provide opportunities for spiritual growth and fellowship through Bible Study Fellowship. Bible Study Fellowship consists of small groups who gather to learn God’s Word using age-appropriate materials. There are a variety of BSF classes offered for every age group. BSF is offered at both 8:30am and 9:45am on Sundays.

Mt. Airy Baptist Church is associated with the Southern Baptist Convention. The SBC is a group of churches that pool their resources to fund and support the ongoing work of the Gospel. CLICK HERE for a brief summary of our primary beliefs.
The Great Commission outlines the mission of a healthy church:
1. We believe that Jesus is in charge, and that the Church belongs to Him. Therefore, He determines the agenda for the Church. His agenda is that we would “go and make disciples of all nations.”
2. Therefore, our church exists for those who are not yet part of God’s family.
3. Our task is to lead people to become fully committed followers of Jesus.
4. When Jesus referred to “all nations” He was simply pointing out that the mission of the church extends to everybody everywhere. There is no ethnic boundary, and there is no national boundary. Our church must have a global scope and a heart for people who are far from God.
