The Great Commission outlines the mission of a healthy church:
1. We believe that Jesus is in charge, and that the Church belongs to Him. Therefore, He determines the agenda for the Church.  His agenda is that we would “go and make disciples of all nations.”
2. Therefore, our church exists for those who are not yet part of God’s family.
3. Our task is to lead people to become fully committed followers of Jesus.
4. When Jesus referred to “all nations” He was simply pointing out that the mission of the church extends to everybody everywhere. There is no ethnic boundary, and there is no national boundary. Our church must have a global scope and a heart for people who are far from God.

“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age’.”
